Introduction to Lesson 1
In Lesson 1, you will first read the “vignette” of Peter and Jimmy, in which you might recognize your own steward. This story is followed by objectives for the lesson, which consists of several topics (represented in the buttons at the left) with explanatory content.
Next, a case study provides context to material that is covered in the topics, and acts as a review of some key points and ideas. It also provides an example of a steward actually using her skills. Following the case study, you will have the opportunity to assess your progress, and to read a brief summary of the lesson.
